OUR HOST TABLES

In order to soften your stay even more, we have chosen to offer you, for lunch and dinner, several "tables d'hôtes" which will bring you moments of culinary pleasure:

AT LUNCH TIME: 

 

Au Soleil welcomes you for a small gourmet stopover full of freshness during your stay. It will fill you up before a well-deserved nap.

​

AT DINNER TIME, you have two choices : 

​

La Baie des Flamands will be happy to introduce you to local cuisine in its purest tradition. Generous and colorful, let yourself be tempted under the Martinique sun ...

​

Choose from either of these two tables for your dining experience. Our home chef traveling especially for you, on the other hand, you will have to choose, for all the guests, one of these 2 tables (but not both.

​

FOR CHILDREN :  at lunch and dinner, we have everything planned for your children to accompany you

​

The Children's Menu and its great classics will undoubtedly please them, unless they allow themselves to be seduced by an Adult Menu...!

We ask you to book at least 48 hours in advance (either by phone at +596.596.108.262 or directly online on our site using the forms available  by clicking on "booking" buttons . For any last minute request, please contact us by phone.

​

The children's menu will be shown each time in the reservation forms.

​

All our menus are served on the plate and non-alcoholic refreshments are served at will.

We only offer fresh products. Thus, our menus may be subject to adjustments depending on availability at the time.

 

We will also offer you a selection of wines to enhance your dishes.
